Step 1: Downloading MyDataHelps

1. Search for "MyDataHelps" on the App Store or Google Play

2. Download the official MyDataHelps app by CareEvolution Inc.

Step 2: Creating an Account

1. Launch the MyDataHelps app

2. Click on "Create Account" or "Sign Up."

3. Enter your email address and create a secure password for your account.

Step 3: Granting Permissions

Step 4: Linking Fitbit.

1. Tap on the "Connect to Fitbit" or "Add Device" option

2. Enter your Fitbit/Garmin account information when redirected to the Fit

3. Allow MyDataHelps to access your Fitbit/Garmin data by clicking "Allow"

Step 5: Ensuring Regular Data Sync

1. Ensure your Fitbit is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth

2. Open the MyDataHelps app at least once a day and sync it with your track

3. Make sure to keep your tracker/watch charged and never falls below 30%
